laws of the Republic of Türkiye,</div><div>* not infringe the rights of third parties,</div><div>* not create fraudulent orders,</div><div>* not attempt to compromise system security,</div><div>* not upload malicious software.</div><div><br></div><div>3.4</div><div><br></div><div>The Website may not be used for:</div><div><br></div><div>* spam,</div><div>* viruses,</div><div>* malware,</div><div>* and obligations arising from this Agreement to third parties without the prior written consent of LUCCA Tekstil.</div><div><br></div><div>3.10</div><div><br></div><div>Any legal or criminal liability arising from the violation of this Agreement shall belong entirely to the Member.</div><div><br></div><div>The Member shall compensate any damages incurred by LUCCA Tekstil.</div><div><br></div><div>3.11</div><div><br></div><div>LUCCA Tekstil reserves the right, in accordance with applicable legislation, to:</div><div><br></div><div>* suspend membership,</div><div>* terminate membership,</div><div>* cancel orders,</div><div>* close accounts.</div><div><br></div><div>3.12</div><div><br></div><div>The intellectual property rights relating to the Website design,</div><div><br></div><div>the LUCCA TEXTILE trademark,</div><div><br></div><div>logo,</div><div><br></div><div>product photographs,</div><div><br></div><div>catalogs,</div><div><br></div><div>product descriptions,</div><div><br></div><div>videos,</div><div><br></div><div>graphics,</div><div><br></div><div>and all content belong to LUCCA Tekstil.</div><div><br></div><div>They may not be used without authorization.</div><div><br></div><div>3.13</div><div><br></div><div>For the purpose of improving the Website’s legislation.</div><div><br></div><div>3.15</div><div><br></div><div>The Member agrees that, if they provide explicit consent, they may receive commercial electronic communications regarding campaigns, discounts, product promotions, and informational notices.</div><div><br></div><div>The Member may change their communication preferences or opt out of commercial communications at any time.</div><div><br></div><div>3.16</div><div><br></div><div>LUCCA Tekstil may share personal data with the relevant authorities where legally required or upon the request of competent public authorities.</div><div><br></div><div>3.17</div><div><br></div><div>Necessary technical measures are taken to protect the Website against viruses and malicious Intellectual Property Rights</div><div><br></div><div>The intellectual and industrial property rights related to the LUCCA TEXTILE trademark, logo, designs, domain name, product photographs, catalogs, software, and all content belong to LUCCA Tekstil Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi.</div><div><br></div><div>They may not be copied, reproduced, published, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.</div><div><br></div><div>⸻</div><div><br></div><div>5. Force Majeure</div><div><br></div><div>Earthquakes, fires, floods, wars, acts of terrorism, epidemics, strikes, lockouts, cyberattacks, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, decisions of public authorities, and other events beyond the reasonable control of the Parties shall be considered force majeure events.</div><div><br></div><div>In such cases, LUCCA Tekstil shall not be held liable for its failure to perform its obligations.</div><div><br></div><div>⸻</div><div><br></div><div>6. Entry into Force</div><div><br></div><div>By creating a membership, the Member declares that they have read, understood, and electronically accepted the entirety of this Agreement.</div><div><br></div><div>LUCCA Tekstil reserves the right to update this Agreement, provided that such updates.</div>
